What we provide
FLRealtyPrep provides exam-preparation study materials for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam: practice questions, a study guide, and a timed simulation. Access is sold as 3-Month Access ($49) and Lifetime Access ($89) plans.

FLRealtyPrep provides exam-preparation study materials only and is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), or Pearson VUE. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Licensing requirements change over time — always verify the current requirements with the DBPR before applying for a license. You must still complete the state-approved 63-hour pre-license course to be eligible to sit the exam.
Payment and access
Payments are handled by Stripe. After a successful purchase you set a password and receive access for the plan you bought. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the email you provide.
Acceptable use
The content is licensed to you for personal exam preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the questions or explanations. Access is for a single user.
No guarantee
Our materials are study aids. We do not guarantee that you will pass the official exam, and passing our practice does not by itself qualify you for a license. Always verify current requirements with the relevant Florida authority.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hilogistic, Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
