FLRealtyPrep is a study resource for the person chasing their very first real estate license in Florida — the state exam that stands between a finished 63-hour pre-license course and a sales associate license with your name on it. Whether you're switching careers or starting your first, this is the last hurdle before you can legally represent a buyer or seller.
Why we built FLRealtyPrep
Roughly half of first-time candidates walk out of the Florida sales associate exam without a passing score. That surprises people, because they finished the coursework — but the exam doesn't ask you to recite the textbook. It asks you to apply license law, agency relationships, and real estate math to 100 questions in three and a half hours, with a hard 75% cutoff. We wrote 373 practice questions across all 19 content areas, each with a plain-English explanation, so you meet those question styles here first instead of on the one day that counts.
How we keep it current
Florida real estate licensing is governed by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) under Chapter 475 of the Florida Statutes, and the rules shift — disclosure requirements, escrow procedures, and the state-approved 63-hour pre-license course outline all get revised over time. A question that was accurate two years ago can drift. We check our bank against the current FREC exam outline and reference materials, and rewrite questions and explanations when the underlying law moves, so what you drill matches what the state tests today.

About our questions
Our practice questions are written in-house by Hilogistic, Corp to cover the same content areas and reference materials tested on the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam. They are original items designed to build real understanding — not copied or leaked exam questions. We review and update them as the state's requirements and reference materials change.
